Our shelves are constructed of 1 inch melamine on top and bottom for ease of cleaning and less sagging. Our shelves are supported with industrial strength dual pin supports. We use heavy duty European hinges for a door that will open 120 degrees. Our doors are edged with 2mm banding, applied with state-of-the-art machinery to resist peeling and lifting. Our cabinets are mounted 6-8 inches off the floor, reducing possible water damage and allowing for easier garage floor cleaning. Our off the floor positioning also eliminates a potential home for unwanted pests such as mice, scorpions and insects. All of our drawer boxes are melamine lined, with dovetail joints.
