Why does Elite Garage mount the cabinets off the floor?
Garage cabinets are unique in that they are exposed to potential water damage as a result of garage floor cleaning or accidental flooding. Additionally, mounting cabinets off the floor eliminates the home for unwanted pests such as mice, scorpions, spiders and other insects that can live and breed under cabinets.
Why does Elite Garage use two sided thermal fused melamine instead of one sided, raw particle board?
With garage temperatures reaching well over 100 degrees, the thermal fused melamine is far superior in regard to durability and the ability to withstand this harsh environment. Additionally, a two-sided melamine provides ease of cleaning and protection from moisture and chemical damage.
What makes Elite Garages construction methods superior to less expensive cabinets?
Elite Garage’s construction method is a true European style cabinet. Our design utilizes inter-locking components which are glued and screwed together as a unit to provide strength to each individual cabinet. Elite Garage does not use staple construction of any kind. All of the cabinet vertical sides are cut from 3/4 inch thermal fused melamine, with all the horizontal sides being cut from 1 inch thermal fused melamine. Again, this provides superior strength and durability.
How many pounds will each shelf hold?
Each shelf is rated for 100 pounds, evenly distributed over the area of the shelf.

No! Elite Garage manufactures all our cabinets in Phoenix Arizona, utilizing quality American Products and Italian made hinges. They are a quality American made product!
